A NOTE FOR GROWN-UPS

A guide, not another screen to leave them with.

These activities bring stories, hands-on making, and thoughtful AI exploration together. Your company is the most important part.

Start with the workbook.

Download the five-page PDF, print on US Letter paper at actual size, and gather the materials listed in the activity. Watch the companion videos when useful, and pause whenever it’s time to read, explore, or make something.

You handle the AI.

AI activities are for a grown-up to lead. Use an account and service appropriate for you, follow that service’s age requirements, and do not ask a child to sign up. This website does not provide an AI chat service.

Keep names, faces, addresses, school details, and other personal information out of prompts and uploaded images. Check photos before sharing them with another service.

Check the answer, not just the confidence.

AI can make mistakes. Compare its suggestions with a trusted book, teacher, expert, label, or another reliable source. A wrong guess can become a useful conversation about evidence.

Take care in the real world.

Follow the activity’s safety guidance. Supervise tools, outdoor exploration, and experiments, and adapt the task to your child and setting.

Embedded YouTube players load only after you press play. YouTube and other linked services have their own privacy policies and may collect information when used. This website has no sign-in, comment form, or advertising or analytics scripts.
